平磨非金属材料时,可使用图示具有活动V形块的夹紧装置。安置在磁性平台上的夹具体5,内装带弹簧7的V形块1和3,V形块的V形部分,采用导磁材料。将工件放平后,转动偏心轮6,活动V形块3接触工件,当磁性平台接通时,磁力将V形块前部拉向平台方向使工件夹紧,工件的基准端面也紧贴磁性平台。当磁性平台断电时,在弹簧7的作用下,V形块3可抬起至限位板4的位置。
When flattening non-metallic materials, use clamps with moving V-blocks as shown.
