基于Tessari法手动制备泡沫硬化剂的原理,通过分析用户的需求,并结合机械领域设计原则,设计了一种代替手工操作的自动制备装置,以克服手工制备泡沫硬化剂时推注速度和推注行程不易控制、可重复性差等不足。该泡沫硬化剂自动制备装置具有推注速度可调、推注次数可调、推注行程可调且适用于多种不同规格注射器的功能,能为研究泡沫特性提供定量参数,也可用于标准化地制备临床泡沫硬化剂。最后本文利用了该装置进行“推注速度对泡沫稳定性影响”的实验研究,实验试用反应良好。
