自1990年1月至1994年12月采用弹性支架加光固化复合树脂修复前牙大部缺损48颗,其中切角缺损32颗,牙冠1/2缺损9颗,全冠缺损7颗。根据缺损大小及部位选择 0.5~1.0mm 直径的钢丝;采用德国古莎公司生产的光固化树腊。处理龋坏组织和牙髓炎后制作两针道,其深度应大于支架露在外部的垂直长度;针道制完后根据缺损及针道的深度选择钢丝制作支架;取少量树脂放入针道
From January 1990 to December 1994, a total of 48 anterior teeth were repaired with elastic scaffolds and light-cured composite resin, 32 of which were angle-cut, 9 of 1/2 of the crown and 7 of the whole-crown. According to the size of the defect and the site selection of 0.5 ~ 1.0mm diameter wire; using Germany Gusha company's light-cured tree wax.
