目的 应用聚合酶链反应 -酶免法 (PCR -ELISA)检测鼻咽癌组织的端粒酶活性的临床意义。方法 PCR -ELISA以地高辛标记端粒重复片段特异的探针与PCR变性产物杂交 ,通过ELISA检测端粒酶活性。结果 3 0例鼻咽癌组织中有 2 2例检出端粒酶活性 ,阳性率 73 3 % ;18例对照组中 3例检出端粒酶活性 ,阳性率16 6%。结论 检测端粒酶活性对阐明鼻咽癌的发病机制、癌变危险性的估测可能有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of telomerase activity in nasopharyngeal carcinoma by polymerase chain reaction-enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (PCR-ELISA). Methods PCR-ELISA was used to detect the telomerase activity by digoxigenin-labeled telomerase repeat-specific probes hybridized with PCR denatured products. Results The telomerase activity was detected in 22 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and the positive rate was 73.3%. The telomerase activity was detected in 3 of 18 cases of control group, the positive rate was 16.6%. Conclusion The detection of telomerase activity may be of great significance to clarify the pathogenesis of NPC and the risk of carcinogenesis.
