我院对140例产妇行胎头吸引术助产,137例成功(97.8％),其中枕前位135例,成功133例;枕横位5例,成功4例,住院1～26天,平均8.7天;失血量10～1000ml,平均155ml。 主要指征 1.宫缩无力(低张性)4例,三种情况:(1)宫缩间隙时间延长,持续时间短,有节律性;(2)宫缩持续时间近正常(30～40~〃/次),
