通过测定锑的挥发率 ,研究了铅锑复杂硫化矿在空气—水蒸气混合气氛中锑的挥发动力学。扫描电子显微镜 (SEM )结果显示 ,铅锑复杂硫化矿颗粒存在着一个明显的反应界面。实验数据与界面化学反应和固体产物层内扩散共同控制数学模型相吻合。反应表观活化能和内扩散表观活化能分别为 117 0 8kJ/mol和 5 6 73kJ/mol。当温度升高、床层厚度增加及水蒸气流量增加时 ,锑的挥发率相应在增加。
By measuring the volatilization rate of antimony, the volatilization kinetics of antimony in the lead-antimony complex sulphide ore under air-water vapor mixed atmosphere was studied. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) results show that Pb-Sb complex sulfide particles have a clear reaction interface. The experimental data are consistent with the common control mathematical model of interfacial chemical reaction and solid product intralayer diffusion. The apparent activation energy and internal diffusion apparent activation energy of reaction were 117 0 8kJ / mol and 5673kJ / mol, respectively. As the temperature increases, the bed thickness increases and the water vapor flow increases, the volatility of antimony increases correspondingly.
