战略转型是我国生存于价值链中低端环节的传统制造业集群企业寻求生存出路的必然选择。现行产业集群内核心企业的转型增加了集群网络经济运行的不可控性,因此,研究网络整体层面及转型企业与集群成员互动关系便具有一定的必要性。采用文献分析及理论归纳法,首先对集群网络内核心企业转型升级的模式进行分类,梳理出核心企业转型升级与网络资源动态性匹配关系。可借助转型企业与成员互动在集群网络蜕变期中的演化动力作用,合理引导核心企业转型与集群成员关系重构路径,以促进转型企业与集群成员互动达到集群资源重新的整合与协同,加快集群网络的创新和升级。
Strategic transformation is the inevitable choice for the traditional manufacturing cluster enterprises in our country to survive in the low-end links of the value chain. The transformation of the core enterprises in the current industrial cluster increases the uncontrollability of the economic operation of the cluster network. Therefore, it is necessary to study the overall network level and the interaction between the enterprises in transition and the cluster members. Using literature analysis and theoretical induction, the paper first classifies the transformation and upgrading of the core enterprises in the cluster network, and combs the dynamic matching relationship between the transformation and upgrading of core enterprises and the network resources. With the help of the evolutionary dynamics of the interaction between transformational enterprises and members in the evolution of cluster networks, it can reasonably guide the transformation of core enterprises and the path of reconstruction of cluster members so as to promote the interaction between transformational enterprises and cluster members and achieve the reintegration and coordination of cluster resources, and accelerate the development of cluster networks Innovation and upgrading.
