提出了一套新型纸浆洗涤过程DCS控制方案 .基本控制思想是 :通过控制真空洗浆机进浆流量和进浆浓度、黑液喷淋量、洗浆机液位和清水注入量来保证洗涤质量 ;通过两步辨识法建立洗后浆残碱量和首段黑液波美度的神经网络模型 ,并对清水加入量和产量进行双目标优化 .采用新华XDPS软件平台实现了纸浆洗涤过程的DCS控制 .系统已投入运行 ,控制效果良好 .
