突变是自然界普遍现象,它建立在普里高津的耗散结构理论基础上,在自然界和人类社会、经济系统中广泛存在。如激光器,当能量输入达到某一阈值时,就将混乱无序的光场变为有序的激光。这种有序有组织的现象,又是在一定能量下完成的,称之为耗散结构。而且这些结构又都远离平衡状态,故称为非平衡状态下的耗散结构。
Mutation is a common phenomenon in nature. It is based on the theory of dissipative structure of Prigogine and exists widely in nature and in human society and economic system. Such as lasers, when the energy input reaches a certain threshold, the disorderly light field will become ordered laser. This orderly and organized phenomenon is completed under a certain amount of energy and is called a dissipative structure. And these structures are far from the equilibrium state, it is called the unbalanced state of the dissipative structure.
