分析中国石油大庆炼化公司硫磺回收装置烟气中SO2超标原因,并提出解决方案。通过更换催化剂并采用催化剂级配装填技术、使用低温克劳斯尾气加氢催化剂、优化反应操作条件、调整吸收塔操作等措施,烟气中SO2浓度由调整前的2 000 mg/m3左右降至600 mg/m3以下,硫回收率由原来的92.5%提高到98.7%,实现环保达标。
This paper analyzes the cause of excessive SO2 in flue gas of the sulfur recovery unit of PetroChina Daqing Refining & Chemical Company and puts forward the solution. By changing the catalyst and using the catalyst level packing technology, the use of low temperature Claus tail gas hydrogenation catalyst, optimizing the reaction conditions, adjusting the operation of absorption tower and other measures, the flue gas SO2 concentration from the pre-adjustment of 2 000 mg / m3 down to 600 mg / m3 or less, sulfur recovery rate increased from 92.5% to 98.7%, achieving environmental compliance.
