“组织智商”是集体性愚蠢的解药, 是有计划地通过各种方式有效运用集体脑力, 并加倍其效用。 阿尔布莱特法则说:“把一群聪明人收编进组织后,结 果往往变成集体性愚蠢。”想破解阿尔布莱特法则,就得靠 “组织智商”(OI)。 尽管开发“组织智商”并无一定章法可循,但具备“组 织智商”的组织通常会出现以下七项关键特性,值得其他组 织仿效、深思:
Organizational IQ is a collective silly antidote. It is a systematic and effective way of using collective brainpower in various ways and doubling its effectiveness. The Albrecht rule states: “When a group of smart people are incorporated into the organization, the results tend to become collective silly.” To break the Albrecht’s law, one must rely on Organization for IQ (OI). Although there is no rule of thumb for developing Organizational IQ, organizations that have Organizational IQ typically have the following seven key features that deserve other organizations to follow and ponder:
