阐明电磁半连续铸造对铝合金生产的重要性,介绍了基于此特殊复合电磁场的性能要求研制的控制系统。系统以双核(DSP为控制核心,单片机作为专用人机接口控制核心)加CPLD的总体架构,使用新的高频双窄脉冲列的晶闸管触发方式。分析了系统的主要硬件结构、μC/OS-II软件编写,并给出了部分功能实现的波形。经测试,系统达到要求,控制精度高、动态性能好。
The importance of electromagnetic semi-continuous casting on the production of aluminum alloy is clarified. The control system developed based on the performance requirements of this special composite electromagnetic field is introduced. System with dual-core (DSP as the control core, microcontroller as a dedicated human-machine interface control core) plus the overall structure of CPLD, the use of new high-frequency double narrow pulse column thyristor trigger. The main hardware structure of the system is analyzed. The software of μC / OS-II is compiled and the waveform of some functions is given. After testing, the system meets the requirements, high control precision, good dynamic performance.
