目的探讨本前行闪光视网膜电流团（flashelectroretinogram，F－ERG）和闪光视觉诱发电位（flashvisualevokednotential，F－VEP）修查对白内障水后视力预测的可靠性。方法白内障患者本前用眼科电生理记录仪检查F－ERG，F－VEP，白内障术后3～6mo检查患者的最佳视力，用直线相关及t检验分析闪光ERG和闪光VEP与本后视力的关系。结果F－ERG的a、b波振幅与术后视力均呈正直线相关关系。F－VEP的5b、5c波潜伏时与本后视力均呈负直线相关关系；第5子波振幅与本后视力呈正直线相关关系。结论白内障术前联合检查F－ERG和F－VEP可以预测患者术后视力。
Objective To investigate the reliability of F-ERG and F-VEP in predicting posterior vision of cataract. Methods The cataract patients were examined with F-ERG and F-VEP using ophthalmologic electrophysiological recorder. The best visual acuity was examined 3 ~ 6 months after cataract surgery. The linear correlation and t-test were used to analyze the flash ERG, flash VEP, relationship. Results The amplitude of a-wave and b-wave of F-ERG showed positive correlation with postoperative visual acuity. F-VEP 5b, 5c latency and post-visual acuity showed a negative linear correlation; the 5th wave amplitude and the visual acuity showed a positive correlation. Conclusions Cataract preoperatively combined with F-ERG and F-VEP can predict postoperative visual acuity.
