高职院校是高等教育系统不可或缺的部分,而作为高职院校的学生绝大多数为90后群体,处在同一教育环境和成长环境之下,有着相同的性格和心理特征。调查发现,这类群体存在着人生规划不当、依赖网络、自我中心性强、抗打击能力低、组织纪律性差等一些共性问题。鉴于此,提出了指导学生做好人生规划、运用多媒体平台融入学生生活、培养学生信仰、强化心理疏导教育、加强组织纪律教育五个方面的对策,以此为促进高职班主任工作的高效开展提供可行性参考。 Higher vocational colleges are an indispensable part of the higher education system, while the vast majority of students in higher vocational colleges are in the post-90s.
