抽水蓄能电厂用变速机组是优化水轮机工况效率,及在较大范围内调节水泵工况功率的一种先进技术,是一种有利于电网运行和改善电网可靠性的技术。转子绕组的设计与传统三相定子绕组的设计相似。这就是说,它是由双层线棒型绕组组成,线棒设计为换位的罗贝尔线棒以降低铜耗;线棒按规定试验电压进行绝缘,并以转子绕组内的静止电压作为参考。与标准的定子高电压绕组相比,主要问题在于绕组端部的设计。设计必须保证需要的间隙和电位均布长度,必须足以耐受飞逸转速下的离心力,并提供充分的、适当的通风。过去,安德里兹水电的支撑系统包括外部的非磁性钢热套护环和内部支撑环,以及特殊设计的绕组线棒之间的垫块。这种复杂的系统能够满足所需支撑、适当的冷却及高电压绝缘的机械保护,而且可以使叠片转子体与转子绕组之间的相对位移最小。关键问题之一是护环的锻造及机械加工对材料规格、尺寸和精度都有严格要求。为克服这一难题,避免热套方案产生的昂贵制造工艺,安德列兹水电开发了一种采用许多U形螺栓来支撑线棒的系统。为达到与上述热套方案相同的功能,公司进行了大量调查研究工作。分析工作采用CFD软件,对负载周期、故障及热应力下进行详细的机械仿真,在不同转速下进行详细的通风计算。 A variable speed generator set for a pumped storage power plant is an advanced technology that optimizes the working efficiency of a turbine and regulates the power of the pump in a wide range. To overcome this challenge and avoid the costly manufacturing process that heat jacket solutions create, Andritz Hydro has developed a system that uses many U-bolts to support the bar. In order to achieve the same function as the above thermal solution, the company conducted a lot of investigation and research work. The analysis uses CFD software to perform detailed mechanical simulations of load cycles, faults, and thermal stresses, and detailed ventilation calculations at different speeds.
