为比较日温差作用下压力明钢管横向变形计算方法的精确度,基于结构力学法及几何变形协调关系,给出了压力明钢管在日照温差作用下横向变形位移的三种不同计算方法;据此计算了相关实际工程压力明钢管的横向变形位移,并与有限元法进行比较,分析了钢管温差、直径和长度等主要因素对三种计算方法的影响敏感性。三种方法计算的横向变形位移非常接近,与有限元法计算结果具有较高的一致性,表明压力明钢管温变后轴线为圆弧的假定基本合理;三种算法计算结果精度均满足工程设计要求,均可用于实际工程。
In order to compare the accuracy of the calculation method of transverse deformation of steel pipe with pressure under the effect of daily temperature difference, three different calculation methods of transverse deformation displacement of steel pipe under pressure at the sunshine temperature are given based on the coordination relationship between structural mechanics method and geometric deformation. The transverse deformation displacement of the steel pipe under actual project pressure was calculated and compared with the finite element method. The sensitivity of the three calculation methods to the main factors such as temperature difference, diameter and length of steel pipe was analyzed. The calculated transverse displacements of the three methods are very close to each other, which is in good agreement with the finite element method. The results show that the assumption of the circular arc of the pipe with pressure is basically reasonable. The precision of the three algorithms meets the requirements of engineering design Requirements, can be used for the actual project.
