本文讨论了巨峰葡萄腋芽茎尖培养中萘乙酸和BA的适宜浓度: (1)以M_s的1/10量的N素这种修改培养基为基本培养基,并附加NAA0.1mg/l,BA1.0mg/l,蔗糖30g/l、琼脂7.0g/l,外植体的存活率最高,达80%以上。(2)从接种的外植体增大到苗的形成、增殖过程(第一阶段到第三阶段),BA的影响大,哪个阶段附加BA1mg/l都是最适宜的。由于NAA1mg/l时,形成愈伤组织抑制了苗的形成,其浓度最好为0.1mg/l或者不附加NAA。
In this paper, the suitable concentrations of NAA and BA in axillary buds of Kyoho grape were discussed: (1) The modified medium with 1/10 amount of M_s as the basic medium supplemented with NAA0.1mg / l, BA1 .0mg / l, sucrose 30g / l, agar 7.0g / l, the highest survival rate of explants, up to 80%. (2) From the inoculation of explants to the formation of seedlings, the process of proliferation (stage I to stage III), the effect of BA is large, and it is most suitable for which stages to attach BA1 mg / l. Due to NAA 1 mg / l, callus formation is inhibited by the formation of shoots at a concentration of 0.1 mg / l or no NAA.
