为了克服固体渗铝粉尘多、劳动强度大、污染空气和腐蚀设备等缺点,我们对燃烧室衬套用其空蒸镀扩散渗铝工艺代替原固体渗铝工艺,进行了试生产。一、设备真空蒸镀扩散渗铝工艺是由真空蒸镀和扩散两步完成的。真空蒸镀在我厂自制的镀膜机中完成,使铝加热蒸发沉积在工件表面上,以获得一定厚度的铝膜。扩散是在密闭坩埚中通入氩气保护于炉中完成的,使蒸镀得到的纯铝层转变为渗铝层。 1.真空镀膜机我们使用的真空镀膜机是根据兄弟厂的经验自己制造的。从目前使用情况看,基本上可以满足现行工艺的要求。其真空室结构见图1。
