Dietary fiber is an important non-nutrient, is the remnants of undigested plant cells in the body’s digestive system, including cellulose, hemicellulose, pectin, gum, resistant starch and lignin and so on. Correct understanding of dietary fiber is very important for the protection of human health. More and more studies have proved that dietary fiber intake is closely related to human health.
