首先从用户的视角出发,依据评价体系的层次性、系统性、可比性与可操作性等原则,从服务区布局、设施水平和用户体验3个方面构建了评价体系的准则层,进而建立了面向用户的高速公路服务区综合评价指标体系。其次明确了各项指标的分级标准,并利用熵值法结合TOPSIS方法对高速公路服务区进行了综合评价与排序。最后选取京哈高速公路沿线上四平服务区、公主岭服务区与德惠服务区进行了案例研究。结果表明:四平服务区的综合水平良好,公主岭和德惠服务区综合水平一般,其中德惠服务区综合水平最低。
First of all, from the user’s point of view, according to the principles of hierarchy, systematicness, comparability and operability of evaluation system, the evaluation criteria are constructed from three aspects: service area layout, facility level and user experience. User oriented highway service area comprehensive evaluation index system. Secondly, the classification standard of each index was defined, and the entropy method combined with TOPSIS method was used to evaluate and sort the freeway service area comprehensively. Finally, the case study was conducted on Shangban service area, Gongzhuling service area and Dehui service area along Jingha Expressway. The results show that the comprehensive level of Siping service area is good, the comprehensive level of Gongzhuling and Dehui service areas is normal, and the comprehensive level of Dehui service area is the lowest.
