目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定小儿咳喘灵颗粒中绿原酸的含量。方法:采用Analytical Technology(AT)C18柱(200 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(13:87)为流动相;检测波长为327 nm;流速为1 ml·min-1;室温操作。结果: 绿原酸在0.083—0.83μg的浓度范围内呈线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.2%,RSD为0.7%。结论:该法简便、准确可靠,可用于该药的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Xiao Ke Ke Ling Ling granules. Method: Analytical Technology (AT) C18 column (200 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm); acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid solution (13:87) as mobile phase; detection wavelength of 327 nm; flow rate of 1 ml ·min-1; room temperature operation. RESULTS: The linearity of chlorogenic acid was in the range of 0.083-0.83 μg, r=0.999 9. The average recovery was 99.2% and the RSD was 0.7%. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and reliable and can be used for quality control of the drug.
