一、坚持对勘测设计生产实行“三环节”管理，即：事前指导、中间检查、产品校审，对产品质量实行全过程控制。对于承担的项目，事前按合同要求和技术标准规定，由总工、设总及有关专业领导进行项目生产策划，确定技术路线，编制勘测设计大纲，在大纲中明确关键线路和质量管理
First, adhere to the “three-step” management of survey, design and production, namely: prior guidance, intermediate inspection, product review, and implement the entire process of product quality control. Regarding the projects undertaken, according to the requirements of the contract and the technical standards, the chief engineer, the general manager and the relevant professional leaders shall carry out the project production planning, determine the technical route, prepare the survey and design outline, and clarify the key lines and quality management in the outline.
