我国宗教自由法律保护取得一定成就,宗教自由法律保护具有重要意义。但是,目前我国宗教自由法律保护在立法上不够完善、宗教法律体系不健全、不完善、有些甚至还相互矛盾、法律位阶较低、司法保护渠道不够畅通等,这不利于宗教自由的实现。应当在立法、司法实践等领域中加强对宗教自由的法律保护。 The legal protection of religious freedom in our country has made some achievements and the legal protection of religious freedom is of great significance.
