在简要介绍了企业业务外包的起源和发展现状的基础上,指出了在业务外包用工中存在“假外包,真派遣”、混岗使用、不稳定以及文化融合等风险,鉴此提出了防控对策;一是要慎重选择承包方;二是要增强合同约定的明确性;三是杜绝混岗用工;四是转变管理方式,构建动态的管理效能监控评价体系;五是制定维稳预案。
