通过潴育性水稻土、淹育性水稻土及红壤旱地等12块不同土壤肥力水平及种植不同作物的土壤,研究了土壤水份含量,土壤肥力因素与土壤酶活性及后者与甘蔗产量的相互关系,以及土壤酶活性在土壤剖面中的分布规律。结果发现,由于土壤水份含量与土壤层次及土壤肥力的不同,土壤酶活性也存在着明显的差异,而且这种差异直接影响了蔗茎产量。经统计检验,土壤肥力因素与土壤中脱氢酶、过氧化氢酶、蛋白酶、磷酸酶、脲酶等酶活性有明显的正相关,供试六种土壤酶活性与蔗茎产量也呈明显的正相关,相关系数达显著或极显著水平。
The soil moisture content, soil fertility and soil enzyme activities and the yield of the latter and sugarcane were studied through 12 different soil fertility levels and soils cultivated with different crops, including paddy paddy soil, flooded paddy soil and red soil dry land.
