美国食品药物管理局(FDA)1月初颁布《食品的良好加工规范和危害分析以及基于风险的预防措施》草案,正式法规预计将于年内实施。这部法规将使中国三分之二输美食品企业生产管理成本增加约20%,且留给企业的应对时间短,亟待农业、商务和质检等部门帮助企业共同应对。
The United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) promulgated a draft of Good Manufacturing Practices and Hazard Analysis of Foods and Risk-Based Preventive Measures in early January, with official regulations expected to be implemented during the year. This law will increase the cost of production and management by about 20% in China’s two-thirds U.S. food-exporting enterprises and will give enterprises a short response time. It is urgent for agriculture, commerce and quality control departments to help enterprises co-operate.
