高效钛合金磨削液的研究

本文根据磨削液的作用机理及钛合金的磨削特点,对高效钛合金磨削液具备的主要特性作了分析。通过对新研制的磨削液与两种常用磨削液的对比试验,证实新研制的磨削液具有磨削比高,砂轮损耗低,磨削力小,磨削温度低,砂轮粘附少,工件表面粗糙度低,变形小,无烧伤等优点。运用金相显微摄影及扫描电镜等手段,对磨削中砂轮表面的粘附作了定点跟踪拍摄和砂轮粘附面积图象分析,结果证明新研制的磨削液对减少砂轮粘附有显著的效果。 According to the mechanism of grinding fluid and the grinding characteristics of titanium alloy, this paper analyzes the main characteristics of high efficiency titanium alloy grinding fluid. By comparing the newly developed grinding fluid with two kinds of common grinding fluid, it is proved that the newly developed grinding fluid has high grinding ratio, low loss of grinding wheel, small grinding force, low grinding temperature and little wheel sticking , The workpiece surface roughness is low, small deformation, no burn and so on. Using metallographic microscopy and scanning electron microscopy and other means, the adhesion of grinding wheel surface made by the fixed-point tracking and grinding wheel adhesion area image analysis results show that the newly developed grinding fluid to reduce the wheel adhesion has a significant effect .
