目的了解某地食源性疾病的流行病学特征,为其辖区内食源性疾病的预防提供依据。方法 2015年菏泽市10家医院对符合食源性疾病病例标准的患者进行登记并网络直报,对报告的病例进行统计分析。结果该市10家医院2015年共报告食源性疾病病例2 560例,其中男性1 333例(52%),女性1 227例(48%);夏秋季是该病高发季节;农民和0~10岁年龄组人群为重点关注人群;果蔬类和肉与肉制品是主要的致病食品。结论该市应加强居民食品卫生管理工作,优先针对向农民、儿童等高发人群普及卫生饮食方法,减少食源性疾病的发生。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of foodborne diseases in a certain area and provide the basis for the prevention of foodborne diseases in its area. Methods In 2015, 10 hospitals in Heze City registered and reported the cases of food-borne diseases according to the criteria of food-borne diseases. The reported cases were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 2 560 foodborne illness cases were reported in 10 hospitals in the city in 2015, of which 1 333 (52%) were male and 1 227 (48%) were female. The summer and autumn were the high season for the disease. People in the 10-year-old group focus on the crowd; fruits and vegetables and meat and meat products are the main pathogenic foods. Conclusion The city should strengthen the food hygiene management of residents, giving priority to popularizing health food and eating methods to the high-risk groups such as peasants and children, and reducing the incidence of food-borne diseases.
