This paper deals with the pole placement of the singular system E·x = Ax(t) + Dx(t - (r)) + Bu,y =Cx,where x ∈ Rn, u ∈ Rm, and y ∈ Rn are its state, control input and measure output respectively; E, A ∈ Rn×n, B ∈ Rn×m, and C ∈ Rr×n are constant matrices. It is also assumed that rank E < n. The results generalize the results of [1].
