目的:研究复方明矾溶液的质量控制方法。方法:采用EDTA络合滴定法测定AlK(SO4)2含量,采用毛细管气相色谱法测定冰片含量。结果:AlK(SO4)2的含量测定,平均回收率99.50%,RSD为0.286%。冰片在0.488~2.440g.L-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 8(n=5);平均回收率99.78%,RSD为0.69%(n=9);样品溶液在12h内稳定。结论:本法简便、快捷,结果准确,可作为复方明矾溶液中AlK(SO4)2和冰片的含量测定方法。
Objective: To study the quality control method of compound alum solution. Methods: The content of AlK (SO4) 2 was determined by EDTA complexometric titration and the content of borneol was determined by capillary gas chromatography. Results: The average recovery of AlK (SO4) 2 was 99.50% and the RSD was 0.286%. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between borneol in the range of 0.488 ~ 2.440g.L-1, r = 0.999 8 (n = 5), the average recovery was 99.78% and the RSD was 0.69% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used as a method for the determination of AlK (SO4) 2 and borneol in the compound alum solution.
