Lenovo’s achievements in the past few years and its economic status have drawn the attention of politicians and academics. After introducing the background of Lenovo, this article analyzes the characteristics and advantages of its e-commerce. Then it summarizes the marketing strategy adopted by the company in the face of the current fierce competition, and finally elaborates the problems existing in its e-commerce and corresponding countermeasures.
