随着城市的发展,市区土地资源愈发紧张,越来越多的出现了在已建地铁附近新建建筑物的情况。本文为了分析加盖建筑物对既有地铁出入口的影响,结合上海市轨道交通8号线大世界车站1号出入口上方新建市政配套办公建筑工程,利用有限元软件ANSYS进行数值模拟,对出入口结构进行内力和变形分析,并采用分层总和法对基础进行沉降计算。分析结果表明,出入口口部基础因座落于表层杂填土上,沉降量超过允许值,需增设锚杆静压桩进行加固,其余结构均满足安全要求。由此可见在采取一定的措施的情况下,在常规的地铁出入口上方加盖轻型钢结构建筑是可行的,这可以提高土地的利用率,创造一定的社会经济效益。本文可为类似工程提供一定的参考。
With the development of the city, the land resources in urban areas are getting more and more tense. More and more new buildings are being built near the existing metro. In this paper, in order to analyze the influence of stamped buildings on the existing subway entrances and exits, combined with the construction of new municipal supporting office building above the entrance and exit of No.1 World Rail Station of Shanghai Metro Line 8, the finite element software ANSYS is used to carry out numerical simulation, Internal force and deformation analysis, and the use of stratified sum method to calculate the settlement of the foundation. The analysis results show that the foundation of entrances and exits is located on the surface of miscellaneous fill, and the settlement exceeds the allowable value. An additional anchor static pressure pile should be added for reinforcement. The rest of the structures meet the safety requirements. Thus it can be seen that under certain circumstances, it is feasible to build light steel structures above the regular subway entrances and exits, which can increase the utilization rate of land and create certain social and economic benefits. This article can provide some reference for similar projects.
