用不连续聚丙烯酰胺凝胶园盘电泳分析了黑龙江省14种杨树过氧化物同工酶。杨树叶柄的过氧化物同工酶主要有12种,其中35%的谱带完全相同。成为杨树的特征谱带。实验结果表明亲缘关系越近的谱带相似值越大,天然杂种杨树有很大的相似值,谱带分布基本与杨属系统分组相吻合、惟青杨组中香杨、玉泉杨相似值明显较小。同工酶分析从分子水平为植物分类提供新的信息。
Peroxidase isoenzyme of 14 poplar species in Heilongjiang Province was analyzed by discontinuous polyacrylamide gel disk electrophoresis. There are 12 main types of peroxidase isoenzyme in poplar petiole, of which 35% are identical. Become the characteristic band of poplar. The experimental results show that the closer the genetic relationship is, the bigger the similar values of the bands are. The natural hybrid poplars have very similar values. The distribution of the bands is basically consistent with that of the Populus. However, the similar values of the Poplar and Yuquan Poplar in the Qingyang Formation are obviously small. Isozyme analysis provides new information for plant taxonomy at the molecular level.
