工程总承包项目在勘察设计企业经营业务中的地位越来越重要。勘察设计企业要保持市场竞争的优势,在承接总承包项目时,必须实施有效的成本管理,以防范项目的财务风险,最大限度地创造利润。本文结合工程总承包项目的建设流程,分析了项目成本预算管理的重要性及主要措施:在设计阶段,加强成本控制意识,严格实施限额设计;施工阶段,加强招投标管理、合同管理与施工质量管理,防止费用的增加;竣工阶段,做好工程的结算工作,强化预算的考核、监督与评价。
Engineering general contracting projects in survey and design enterprises in the business status is more and more important. This paper analyzes the importance and main measures of project cost budget management in the process of project general contracting project construction. At the design stage, we strengthen the awareness of cost control and strictly implement quota design. During the construction phase, we strengthen the management of bidding and tendering, contract management and construction quality Management, to prevent the cost increase; completion phase, do a good job in engineering settlement, strengthen the budget assessment, supervision and evaluation.
