幼儿园缺男教师是一个世界性的问题。近年来,这一问题逐渐引起了人们的重视,不少地区已率先行动起来,通过种种方式支持和鼓励男教师走进幼儿园,以改善幼儿园的教育生态环境,促进幼儿的身心健康发展。本期“特别策划”栏目特邀儿童心理学家、华东师范大学王振宇教授从儿童性别化发展和性别教育的角度阐释构建和谐性别生态环境的重要性。另外,本刊记者根据一些地区近年来在努力提高幼儿园男教师比例方面所作的探索采写了一篇专题报道,以期为大家寻找符合本地区、本幼儿园实际,能有效解决幼儿园男教师紧缺问题的方式方法提供参考。
