青海东部山旱区的粮食生产,在全省占有极大的比重,长期以来,因自然条件恶劣;土壤贫瘠;肥料投入量少且不科学,田间管理制度粗放;种植业结构不合理等因素,生产不稳定.本研究应用系统工程的原理和方法,综合、整体地研究山旱区小麦、豌豆的栽培技术,并结合传统经验,通过生产、反馈、修正,建立了一套较为完善的栽培技术体系,并连续几年在全省不同地区示范,取得了一定的经济效益和社会效益.
