很长一段时间以来,人们习惯于甚至大力追捧将教师喻为“燃烧自己、奉献学生的蜡烛”“人类灵魂的工程师”“辛勘劳作的园丁”等。然而,全新的教育宏观环境和职业的深刻变化,要求我们重新审视和定位教师角色。为此,曹卫新同志在翻转课堂教学模式的背景下,打开思考新视窗,从公平性、主体性、差异性、生成性四个角度,全面升级传统教师角色隐喻定位,必将对我国教育尤其是基础教育产生深远的影响。
For a long period of time, people have become accustomed to even strongly pursuing the concept of teachers as “burning their own candles, dedication to students,” “engineers of the human soul,” and “gardeners of the xin works.” However, the profound changes in the new macro-environment of education and profession require us to re-examine and position the role of teachers. To this end, Comrade Cao Weixin turned to a new window in the context of flipping the classroom teaching model. From the four perspectives of fairness, subjectivity, diversity, and generativeness, the overall upgrading of the traditional teacher role metaphor positioning will surely contribute to China’s education.
