一、概说 1.目的:端正办学思想,加强学校管理,提高干部管理素质,促进学校各方面工作有序、低耗,高效地开展,保证培养目标的顺利达成。 2.内容:正确认识和处理培养目标与管理目标、组织机构与管理机构、教育事项与管理事项、办学水平与管理实绩等方面的关系,在此基础上,设置评价项目、指标体系;考虑权数分布;阐明评价标准、考察重点和方法;制定评分表和评分控制条件,将管理水平的综合评价一体化。
