本研究目的旨在验证Mosston体育教学光谱所提出中命令式与互惠式两种不同教学形式的教学成效,并探讨对学生在动作技能发展上的差异情况。本研究方法采用准实验研究法,以我国某地区高中高一年级61名学生为研究对象,实施八周16节课的不同篮球教学后,将测得动作技能的前、后成绩,进行统计分析,进行两种不同教学形式教学效果的差异情形的探讨。本研究统计方法采用相邻样本t考验、独立样本t考验。研究发现:经验证互惠式教学方式在动作技能的学习成效优于命令式学习方式,因此,在高中体育兴趣安排课程时,建议可多编排学生练习的型态课程。本研究可提供其他体育类型教学课程与活动编排的参考,以及后续研究的依据。
The purpose of this study is to validate the teaching effectiveness of the two different teaching forms, imperative and reciprocal, proposed by Mosston Physical Education Teaching Spectroscopy and to explore the differences in the development of students’ motor skills. This research method adopts the quasi-experimental research method, taking 61 students in the first year of high school and high school in one region of our country as the research object. After implementing the basketball teaching of 16 lessons in eight weeks, before and after the action skills are measured, the statistical analysis , To explore the difference between two different teaching forms of teaching effect. The statistical method of this study uses the adjacent sample t test, independent sample t test. The study found that validated mutually beneficial teaching methods performed better than imperative learning methods in motor skills. Therefore, it is suggested that students should be able to arrange more type-based courses for students when arranging courses in high school sports interests. This study can provide references for other sports curricula and activities, as well as the basis for subsequent research.
