目的 :探讨蒺藜总皂甙对急性心肌梗塞大鼠血清中微量元素的变化。方法 :建立大鼠AMI模型 ,并设蒺藜总皂甙实验和正常对照组 ,检测其 3组大鼠血清中微量元素 Fe,Cu,Zn的含量。结果 :AMI大鼠血清中 Fe,Cu,Zn高于正常对照组 ,两组测定值差异显著 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;而 TTLS组与正常对照组大鼠血清中 Fe,Cu,Zn含量则无显著差别 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :提示TTLS可保护血清中某些酶的活性 ,可调节血清中某些元素 Fe,Cu,Zn的含量
Objective :To investigate the changes of serum trace elements in rats with acute myocardial infarction. METHODS: Rat AMI model was established, and total saponin experiment and normal control group were set up. The contents of trace elements Fe, Cu and Zn in the three groups were detected. Results: The levels of Fe, Cu and Zn in serum of AMI rats were higher than those in the normal control group. There were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). The contents of Fe, Cu and Zn in the serum of the rats of TTTL group and normal control group were significantly different. There is no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion : It is suggested that TTLS can protect the activity of certain enzymes in serum and can regulate the content of Fe, Cu, Zn in serum
