应用 Kissinger方法测定非晶材料晶化激活能时应确保所选温度对应的晶化分数相差不大 ,否则将会引入较大误差。以 Ni Ti非晶薄膜为例对此作了讨论。
When using Kissinger method to determine the crystallization activation energy of amorphous materials, it is necessary to ensure that the crystallization temperature corresponding to the selected temperature is not different by a large margin, otherwise large errors will be introduced. Take Ni Ti amorphous film for example.
