采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了亚2μm无孔硅胶微球,在其表面键合了C18链,制备出亚2μm反相无孔硅胶色谱柱,并对合成的反相无孔硅胶色谱填料进行了单分散性分析,通过改变正硅酸乙酯的滴加速度发现,硅胶微球的粒径大小随着正硅酸乙酯的滴加速度的增大而逐渐增大。利用该方法合成了亚2μm反相无孔硅胶色谱填料,并为进一步将该填料应用到超效液相色谱柱奠定基础。
Submicrometer non-porous silica microspheres were synthesized by sol-gel method. C18 chains were bonded to the surface of the polymer to prepare sub-2μm reversed-phase non-porous silica gel columns. The synthesized reversed-phase nonporous silica gel chromatography packing Monodispersity analysis, by changing the dropwise addition of tetraethyl orthosilicate found that the size of the silica microspheres with tetraethyl orthosilicate dropping rate increases gradually increased. Sub-2μm reversed-phase nonporous silica gel was synthesized by this method, which laid the foundation for the further application of this material to super-performance liquid chromatography.
