教师培训是提高高职教师综合素质的重要手段。本文从人力资源管理中的胜任力理论出发,针对高职教师培训中存在的问题,试着将胜任力模型应用于高职教师培训,为高职教师培训工作提出一些改进思路。
Teacher training is an important means to improve the comprehensive quality of higher vocational teachers. Starting from the theory of competency in human resources management, this paper attempts to apply the competency model to the training of higher vocational teachers in view of the problems existing in the training of higher vocational teachers, and puts forward some suggestions for the training of higher vocational teachers.
