以网纹草“小火焰”、“白天使”2个品种的茎尖和茎段为外植体,研究了不同消毒时间、不同碳源、不同配比的生长调节剂对网纹草丛芽诱导、增殖和生根的影响。结果表明:外植体灭菌15min时污染率最低,“小火焰”、“白天使”茎段污染率分别为16.7%和13.3%。“白天使”品种最佳丛芽诱导培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.2mg/L,最佳继代培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L。“小火焰”品种最佳丛芽诱导培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L,最佳继代培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.2mg/L,继代培养基中将蔗糖换成白砂糖效果更佳。2个品种的生根培养基均以1/2MS+IBA 0.1mg/L效果较好。
The stem tips and stem segments of two cultivars, “Small Flame” and “White Cane”, were used as explants to study the effects of different disinfecting time, different carbon sources and different ratio of growth regulators on the net Effect of Buds, Buds and Roots on Proliferation and Rooting. The rooting medium of 2 cultivars was better than 1 / 2MS + IBA 0.1mg / L.
