目的探讨中药在综合性医院的合理应用。方法以2010～2012年我院中药临床使用情况的资料作为研究对象,通过分析法探讨中药临床使用现状以及存在的问题,并提出相应的解决对策。结果综合性医院大部分医师中医药理论基础薄弱,不合理使用现象较为普遍。结论要推进综合性医院临床中药学工作的开展,提高中药临床应用的合理性与科学性。
Objective To explore the rational application of traditional Chinese medicine in general hospitals. Methods The data of clinical use of Chinese traditional medicine in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 were taken as the research object, and the status quo and existing problems of clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine were explored by analysis method, and corresponding countermeasures were put forward. Results Most doctors in general hospitals have a weak theoretical foundation of Chinese medicine and the phenomenon of unreasonable use is more common. Conclusion It is necessary to promote the development of clinical pharmacy in general hospitals and improve the rationality and scientificity of clinical application of traditional Chinese medicines.
