对某重卡前轴精密辊锻成形中工字梁金属充填不满的问题进行了分析,根据最小阻力定理提出了模具型腔分段式摩擦梯度的方法来优化它的充填成形。利用Deform-3D软件模拟分析了不同的分段方式、不同摩擦梯度对前轴工字梁充填影响规律。
The problem of dissatisfaction of I-beam metal in the precision roll forging forming of heavy duty truck front axle was analyzed. According to the principle of least resistance, the method of subdivided friction gradient of mold cavity was put forward to optimize its filling and forming. Deform-3D software was used to simulate and analyze the influence of different segment modes and different frictional gradients on the filling of I-beam on the front axle.
