2009年8月8日,长钢与首钢总公司联合重组的战略合作协议在太原正式签订。受改制失败和金融危机双重困扰的长治钢铁公司,看到了浴火重生的希望和曙光。企业联合重组,其本质追求的是双方优势互补、一加一大于二的整合效应,是一种双赢;谋求的是双方的长远和可持续发展。而要实现这一目的,两个企业必须真诚携手,全方位对接融合,最终合二为一。在这个合二为一的对接融合过程中,发自内心的主动融合是前提,而文化融合则是实现无缝融合的重要的粘合剂。
