随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对自己生活品质的需求也发生了变化。从单方面的物质生活逐渐向深层次的精神方面递进。开始享受生活,品味生活。而旅游则成为了现代人享受生活中不可缺少的部分。旅行社则更是成为了旅游产业中不可或缺的部分。旅行社员工招聘也存在众多的问题。旅行社对于大多数员工只是短期的需求,所以对人员的素质要求以及知识的掌握都是非常低的,为了利益,不顾行业的整体形象、文化素养、服务品质等一系列的问题。对于这些,旅行社招聘应从知识的掌握,规范招聘的流程,提高用人的标准,选择专业对口的人员来进行合理有效长期的招聘体系。
