本文对于大尺寸支承孔系同轴度的激光测量系统进行了说明与精度分析,给出了激光测量系统的结构和数学模型,讨论了各种系统误差和随机误差对于测量精度的影响,提出了测量系统的精度公式。分析结果表明,该方法的测量精度可以满足大尺寸直线性和同轴度测量的要求。
In this paper, the measurement and analysis of the laser measurement system for the coaxiality of large-size bearing holes are described. The structure and mathematical model of the laser measurement system are given. The influences of various system errors and random errors on the measurement accuracy are discussed. Measurement system accuracy formula. The analysis results show that the measurement accuracy of the method can meet the requirements of large-size linearity and concentricity measurement.
