机床数控化改造可大大提高设备的自动化能力和生产率水平,满足企业对生产设备更高的要求。以XA5032普通铣床为例,提出了采用FANUC 0i Mate-MC系统对该机床进行数控化改造的方案,介绍改造的关键技术——进给伺服系统的设计步骤和计算方法,分析FANUC 0i Mate-MC数控系统的特点,并阐述了机床的连接及调试。
CNC machine transformation can greatly improve the automation equipment and productivity levels to meet the higher requirements of production equipment enterprises. Taking XA5032 ordinary milling machine as an example, this paper presents a plan to digitize the machine with FANUC 0i Mate-MC system, introduces the key technology of transformation - the design steps and calculation methods of the feed servo system, and analyzes FANUC 0i Mate-MC CNC system features, and described the machine connection and debugging.
